Hourly rate: starts from £7.30.

Shift times: 07.30 to 19.30, 07.30 to 14.00, 19.30 to 07.30 or twilight shifts.

You will be required to work as a member of our Multidisciplinary Care Team in maintaining and delivering a high standard of holistic resident care 24 hours a day. Community Support Workers will be expected to work to a high level under the supervision of qualified nursing staff. You will implement and effectively assist in the day to day running of all prescribed resident care packages and assist in meeting all basic care needs.

Hourly rate: £7.52.

The Secretary/Admin Assistant is responsible for providing high quality clerical and administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team across all sites. The job role includes attending all resident review meetings and producing accurate and comprehensive minutes / summaries. To attend weekly Multidisciplinary Team meetings and Core Team meetings to produce minutes and distribute. Inputting of data from scoring sheets onto a database is also part of the job role as well as reception duties in Duston. Applicants will need to have good general adminstration skills, particularly experience of minute-taking. Other skills required: computer literate, excellent standard of written English, an eye for detail, self-motivated, flexible and a genuine team-player.
