COME & SEE WHAT WE ARE DEVELOPING FOR 2016 AND HOW YOU COULD PLAY A PART

In 2015 The OakLeaf Group is celebrating its tenth year of specialised healthcare provision in Northamptonshire. We provide specialist rehabilitation services for men with a brain injury and other neurological conditions and have been a huge success. As a result, we are opening 22 new beds in January 2016 on the site of the existing assessment and rehabilitation service at Hartwell.

Could you be a Rehab Support Worker?

The role of Rehab Support Worker can be great fun, very positive and rewarding. It can also feel quite challenging at times. No particular qualifications are needed (our Support Workers come from all kinds of backgrounds) but it is recognised that you have to be a person with a ‘can do’ attitude, who is caring, patient and perhaps more open-minded than most. Rehab Support Workers help residents with their personal hygiene, daily routines/programmes and self-help skills. It is important that the residents are encouraged to do as much for themselves as they can. There are opportunities for promotion to senior roles for those who achieve their QCF qualifications.

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a New Challenge?

We are looking for confident Registered Nurses (RMN, RNLD or RGN) to join our established team to deliver the highest quality care and rehabilitation to the residents. Lots of interdisciplinary support and close working with the managers are features of our team. If you think you can make a difference or would like to develop specialist skills, come and have a chat.

Information & Recruitment Open Days

We are holding two Information & Recruitment Open days to show people round our new service and discuss opportunities. Kathy Swannell, Clinical Director says, ‘finding the right staff to join our fantastic team is really important to the success of the new service. We are very proud of what we do here and want to share it. We feel that holding Recruitment Open Days is the best way to meet new people’. ‘We are looking to recruit staff who can join us for their initial induction training and open the service in January 2016’.

Come & meet us, see what we do and talk to us about the roles we have available:
