Supported Living

The Oakleaf Group provide Supported Living Services located in Northampton.

They are shared houses and can accommodate 4 and 3 individuals respectively and is designed to enable people to transition through the rehabilitation pathway into their own home with a tenancy in the community.

At the core of our services is our goal to help individuals achieve greater independence and lead fulfilling lives.

Through our tailored support services, we aim to empower the people we support to take control of their daily routines and develop the skills needed for a more self sufficient lifestyle.

Increased Independence

We strive to help the people we support to gain greater autonomy in everyday activities. This includes assisting with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and managing finances.

By providing the right support the people we support will be able to perform more tasks independently and build confidence in their abilities.

Improved Wellbeing

Our aim is to enhance both physical and emotional health. We focus on helping the people we support to improve their mobility, health routines, and overall quality of life.

Additionally, our service encourages emotional wellbeing by offering a supportive environment that helps individuals feel secure, understood, and motivated.

We are committed to helping individuals explore their potential for employment or further education.

Whether it’s assisting with job
readiness, re-entering the workforce, or pursuing educational goals, our support helps the people we support to overcome barriers and access opportunities they may have previously thought out of reach.
