Band A1

Higher Level of Behaviour Intervention and Management

Includes

All of the benefits as A2.  Provides management, intervention and continuous monitoring with regards to severe challenging behaviour that includes a specialist environment, strategies and modification programmes to ensure safety and self and others.

Excludes

Continuous 1:1 staff supervision over and above that which is naturally provided as part of the core service – any 1:1 staffing by a Support Worker will be charged at a standard hourly rate. Some individual equipment.

Band A2

Intensive 12 week Assessment and Resulting Active Rehabilitation (full MDT)

Includes

Accommodation and care costs with access to full MDT including Specialised Registered Nursing, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Family Liaison Team, Horticultural Therapy and Dedicated GP Service. Residents benefit from full structured person centred activity programme and intensive, co-ordinated interdisciplinary assessment. Risk assessment and management. Review meetings attended by MDT lead professionals to deliver a comprehensive review report.

Excludes

Continuous 1:1 staff supervision over and above that which is naturally provided as part of the core service, any 1:1 staffing by a Support Worker will be charged at a standard hourly rate. Some individual equipment.

Band A3

Continuing Rehabilitation and Review (incorporating specifically identified therapy disciplines)

Includes

Includes benefits of A2 including neuropsychology monitoring but excluding one of the following disciplines: Individual Neuropsychology Consultant, Physiotherapy or Speech and Language Therapy.

Excludes

Continuous 1:1 staff supervision over and above that which is naturally provided as part of the core service, any 1:1 staffing by a Support Worker will be charged at a standard hourly rate. Some individual equipment.

Band A4

Continued Review

Includes

Includes benefits of A2 but excluding Individual Neuropsychology Consultant, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy.

Excludes
