Band C1

Higher Level of Nursing and End of Life Care

Includes

Higher level of nursing needs that includes End of Life and Palliative Care.  Accommodation and care costs with access to 24 hour Specialised Registered Nursing managing more complex health and nursing needs.

Excludes

Continuous 1:1 staff supervision over and above that which is naturally provided as part of the core service.  Some individual equipment.

Band C2

Maintenance & Long Term Support

Includes

Accommodation and care costs with access to 24 hour Specialised Registered Nursing, Programme Assistants (Mon-Fri) overseen by a Qualified Occupational Therapist.  On site, experienced Managers with ad hoc support from the Main Site as required.  Five day a week structured programme. Risk Assessment and Management as part of Nursing Care Plans.

Continuous 1:1 staff supervision over and above that which is naturally provided as part of the core service.  Some individual equipment.

Band C3

Maintenance & Long Term Support (including End-of-Life/Palliative Care and Respite)

Includes

Includes benefits as Band C1 but with a structured programme of three days or less to reflect the level of independence/capability, some unescorted leave or will be working towards this goal.  Staff trained to provide End-of-Life Care where needed.
