The local NHS Quality and Monitoring Team regularly inspect our services and report back to us about areas where we are delivering well and where we might make service improvements. These reports help us to ensure we are offering the best quality services in all areas.’
Complaints & Compliments
The Oakleaf Group have a senior member of staff nominated to receive complaints and compliments about our services.
They investigate complaints and recommend action where appropriate to improve the quality of services and to maintain transparency. This role supports our whistleblowing policy where staff and others are encouraged to raise concerns if they have them so we can investigate and respond to those concerns appropriately.
We undertake annual surveys to ask our residents, their families and funders what they think of our services. We look into any areas where we are told we could make improvements and make changes where needed.
